We make a wide array of Fire in the Mountain Mustards. There are eight unique flavors, each with its own special characteristics.
We are becoming very well known for our very special salsa. Sold under our trade-name Fire-in-the-Mountain, starts with Brush-Fire our mild variety. Next is Forest-Fire, which is our medium salsa. Finally, Wild-Fire is red hot.
The Barbeque Sauces are also presented with the Fire in the Mountain trade name. There are two, the extra spicy Habanero-Heat is very unique combination of tangy and hot. The companion sauce is a wonderful Maple Syrup Barbeque, 1/3 pure Vermont Maple Syrup, tangy and sweet.
We offer two authentic Italian Pasta Sauces. They are sold under the name Cutters. The name deserves some explanation. Many years ago, Italian artist began arriving in Vermount to carve the granite and marble, which our state is famous for. It is to honor these artists that these, some of their traditional recipes, are offered.
The newest addition to our line of specialty products is a choice unique of Jellies: Sweet Red Pepper Jelly, Spicy Chipotle Pepper Jelly, Roasted Garlic Jelly and Horseradish Jelly are made from recipes passed down for generations.
Rounding out our family of Vermont specialties is an exciting line of Custom Blended Seasonings. There is a total of over fifty years experience in mixing spice and herbs in every bag. We offer ten unique varieties.
Our products are sold individually, but are all available in very attractive hand-made wooden gift presentations.
